高分子膜的选用问题。高分子膜是一种具有特殊性能的粘结材料，它影响复合质量的主要因素。高分子膜具有两面性，三层共挤而成。一面是与金属粘结，另一面是与ＰＥ粘结，中间一层是ＰＥ基材，两面的性质完全不同。两面的材料价格相差悬殊。与铝板店结的材料需要进口，价格昂贵。而与ＰＥ融合面的材料国内就能生产，因此有的高分子膜生产厂家就此大做文章，大量使用ＰＥ融合料以偷工减料牟取暴利。高分子膜的使用具有方向性，正反面不能掉换。高分子膜是一种自解膜，熔化不完全会导致假性复合。早期强度较高、时间一长，因风化影响会使强度降低，甚至鼓泡或开胶等现象

The polymer membrane has two sides and three layers are co extruded. One side is bonded with metal, the other side is bonded with PE, the middle layer is PE substrate, and the properties of both sides are completely different. The price of the two sides of the material is very different. The materials needed to be imported from the aluminum store are expensive. And PE fusion surface materials can be produced in China, so some polymer membrane manufacturers make a great deal of this, a large number of PE fusion materials to steal material for profit. The use of polymer membranes is directional and can not be replaced on the opposite side. Polymer membrane is a self solution membrane. Melting can not lead to false recombination. The early strength is higher and the time is longer. Because of the influence of weathering, it will reduce the strength, even bubble or glue.
