染色的温度

铝板在染色的过程中分为冷染与热染。使用冷染,所耗费的时间比较长,在染色的过程中期色彩的均匀性比较好掌握。热染使用时间比较短,但是在染色的过程中对于颜色的操控比较难。热染的温度通常在10-60℃。如果在染色的过程中,温度过高,会减小染色的吸附性,并且容易导致铝板表面发花。
