降低工件变形的加工工艺对策:

1、减少毛胚的内应力
1. Reduce the internal stress of hair embryo
选用时效性及其震动解决或事先加工工艺均可一部分清 除毛胚的内应力,容量大的毛胚工件故变形也大。若事先除掉毛胚的不必要一部分变小各一部分的容量,不但能够降低之后工艺流程的变形,并且置放一段时间,还能够释放出来一部分内应力。

降低车刀齿数增加容屑室内空间。因为铝合金材料塑性变形很大切削变形很大,须很大的容屑室内空间,因而容屑槽底半经应当很大、车刀齿数偏少为好。
