1、贮存:应将防锈铝板存放于干燥通风处,且平放在平整的表面上,切勿踩踏、撞击。

2、搬运:搬运板材应将板的四边同时抬起,严禁推拉、抽取,以免刮伤板面。

3、开槽:用开槽机或锣机开槽时,应使用半圆头式大于90度的铣刀.下刀既不要过深伤及防锈铝板,也不要过浅使折边困难,应留有0.2-0.3MM厚塑料芯材连同铝板一起弯边,以增加强度和韧性,否则在弯边时铝板可能断裂或漆膜爆裂。

4、弯边:弯边时需用力均匀,一次成型,不要反复弯折,否则防锈铝板可能断裂。

5、弧形加工:加工弧形应使用专用弯曲设备加工,徐徐用力,使板材逐步达到所需的曲面.切勿一次弯曲成型。

6、批次:同一型号而不同批次的板材可能存在色差,不同色差的防锈铝板价格可能不同，出售和使用不同批次板材时应增加比对色差之程序，无视觉色差时方可在同一平面使用。

7、安装方向:将同色铝板安装在同一平面时,流程方向应一致,否则可能造视觉色差。

8、撕膜:应在防锈铝板安装后的45天内撕去保护膜,否则可能发生撕膜困难或移胶现象。

9、使用条件:内墙板应在室内使用,不宜安装在室外,以保证使用效果和使用年限。
